# Privacy at a glance

> A plain language summary of what ourdream collects and how it is used.

The short version: ourdream collects what it needs to run the product
and bills you. It does not sell your data. The data controller for the
information described on this page is **Dream Studio USA, Inc.**, the
legal entity that operates ourdream.

## What we collect

## What we do not collect

* Your contacts.
* Your location beyond the country/region needed for tax and compliance.
* The contents of other apps on your device.

## Third parties we use

ourdream uses third-party services to run. The major ones:

* AI model providers, for chat and image generation
* A payment processor, to bill subscriptions
* [Go.cam](https://go.cam/), for age verification on mature features
* Infrastructure providers, for hosting, storage, and CDN

CSAM detection runs on our own classifiers; we do not send images to a
third-party CSAM-detection vendor.

## Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have the right to access the data we
hold about you, correct inaccurate data, delete your account and the
data associated with it, export your data in a portable format, and
object to specific uses such as analytics.

To request any of these, email **[trust@ourdream.ai](mailto:trust@ourdream.ai)**. Account deletion
is also available in **Settings → Account management**.

## Children

ourdream is 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
If you believe a user is a minor, report it through
[How to report](/reporting/how-to-report).

## Changes

When we change how we collect or use data, we update the full Privacy
Policy. The "Last modified" date at the bottom is authoritative.
