Our Compliance Officer is the individual accountable to senior
management for compliance with the UK Online Safety Act and
equivalent online-safety regimes — including the illegal-content
safety duties and the reporting and complaints duties.

ourdream responds to lawful requests from law enforcement through the
valid legal process appropriate to the jurisdiction (subpoena, court
order, search warrant, MLAT request, or equivalent).Open the law enforcement data request formThe form collects the requesting authority, the legal process and case
reference, the scope of records sought, and lets you attach the
underlying legal document. Everything is routed to our trust & safety
team.If you cannot use the form — for example the document is too large to
upload — email trust@ourdream.ai with the same details.In genuine emergencies (imminent risk to life), use the emergency
option on the form, or note the urgency in the subject line of an email
to trust@ourdream.ai, and we will expedite handling.
ourdream is an adults-only service. Australian users must complete age
verification before accessing mature or restricted content.We take steps to reduce the risk that Australian children can generate
or be exposed to mature or restricted AI-generated material. These
steps include:
Requiring age verification for Australian users before access to
restricted content or generation features.
Limiting what users can see before age verification.
Prohibiting content involving or resembling minors, non-consensual
sexual content, sexual exploitation, self-harm instructions,
high-impact violence, and other prohibited material.
Applying moderation to prompts, generated outputs, public characters,
images, and videos.
Using automated moderation, human review, quality assurance sampling,
and escalation processes.
Prioritising reports involving minors, child sexual abuse material,
threats, and other high-severity safety issues.
Allowing users to report content or safety concerns through
in-product reporting or by email.
Providing appeals, safety tools, and wellbeing resources.
Australian end-users can use the in-product Report action to report
or flag content generated on ourdream.ai that they consider may breach
our Terms, Acceptable Use Policy, Prohibited Content Policy or other
safety policies.Where the in-product Report action is not available or is not
suitable, Australian end-users can email trust@ourdream.ai.Australian end-users may also email trust@ourdream.ai to complain
about how we handled a report, or about our compliance with applicable
online safety obligations. Please use the subject line “Online safety
complaint”.When making a report or complaint, you may include a short description
of the harm associated with the material, or the non-compliance.We evaluate and action reports and complaints, and take action where
appropriate. We may refer unresolved complaints about material
non-compliance to eSafety where required. Reports involving minors,
child sexual abuse material, threats or other high-severity safety
issues are prioritised.We do not make the identity of a complainant available to any other
end-user or account holder without the complainant’s express consent,
except where required by law.
The eSafety Commissioner is Australia’s independent online safety
regulator.Australian end-users can contact eSafety about online safety issues,
including illegal or restricted online content, image-based abuse and
other online harms within eSafety’s functions. You can learn more about
eSafety’s role.You can report or complain directly to eSafety.
You do not need to report to ourdream.ai first, and a report to eSafety
will be handled independently of any action we take on your ourdream.ai
account or content.You can also access counselling and support services through
eSafety’s support resources.
For vulnerabilities, account compromise, data exposure, or other
security issues, email trust@ourdream.ai. Please do not disclose
publicly before we have had a chance to investigate and remediate.
