Online safety compliance

Our Compliance Officer is the individual accountable to senior management for compliance with the UK Online Safety Act and equivalent online-safety regimes — including the illegal-content safety duties and the reporting and complaints duties. Correspondence for the role can be sent to trust@ourdream.ai.

Reporting content or users

For specific content or behaviour on the platform, use the in-product Report action wherever possible. See How to report for the full flow. For reports that don’t fit the in-product flow, email trust@ourdream.ai.

Trust & policy questions

For questions about specific policies, edge cases, or general feedback on how moderation is working, email trust@ourdream.ai. We read these. Substantive policy feedback often shapes how we update the rules. For DMCA notices, copyright takedowns, EU DSA / UK OSA notices, and real-person-likeness reports, email trust@ourdream.ai. The notice format is documented in Intellectual property → Reporting an infringement.

Law enforcement requests

ourdream responds to lawful requests from law enforcement through the valid legal process appropriate to the jurisdiction (subpoena, court order, search warrant, MLAT request, or equivalent). Open the law enforcement data request form The form collects the requesting authority, the legal process and case reference, the scope of records sought, and lets you attach the underlying legal document. Everything is routed to our trust & safety team. If you cannot use the form — for example the document is too large to upload — email trust@ourdream.ai with the same details. In genuine emergencies (imminent risk to life), use the emergency option on the form, or note the urgency in the subject line of an email to trust@ourdream.ai, and we will expedite handling.

Australian online safety

ourdream is an adults-only service. Australian users must complete age verification before accessing mature or restricted content. We take steps to reduce the risk that Australian children can generate or be exposed to mature or restricted AI-generated material. These steps include:
  • Requiring age verification for Australian users before access to restricted content or generation features.
  • Limiting what users can see before age verification.
  • Prohibiting content involving or resembling minors, non-consensual sexual content, sexual exploitation, self-harm instructions, high-impact violence, and other prohibited material.
  • Applying moderation to prompts, generated outputs, public characters, images, and videos.
  • Using automated moderation, human review, quality assurance sampling, and escalation processes.
  • Prioritising reports involving minors, child sexual abuse material, threats, and other high-severity safety issues.
  • Allowing users to report content or safety concerns through in-product reporting or by email.
  • Providing appeals, safety tools, and wellbeing resources.
More information is available in our Age verification, Prohibited content, How moderation works, Report a problem, Appeals, Your safety tools and Wellbeing resources pages.

Australian online safety reports and complaints

Australian end-users can use the in-product Report action to report or flag content generated on ourdream.ai that they consider may breach our Terms, Acceptable Use Policy, Prohibited Content Policy or other safety policies. Where the in-product Report action is not available or is not suitable, Australian end-users can email trust@ourdream.ai. Australian end-users may also email trust@ourdream.ai to complain about how we handled a report, or about our compliance with applicable online safety obligations. Please use the subject line “Online safety complaint”. When making a report or complaint, you may include a short description of the harm associated with the material, or the non-compliance. We evaluate and action reports and complaints, and take action where appropriate. We may refer unresolved complaints about material non-compliance to eSafety where required. Reports involving minors, child sexual abuse material, threats or other high-severity safety issues are prioritised. We do not make the identity of a complainant available to any other end-user or account holder without the complainant’s express consent, except where required by law.

eSafety Commissioner

The eSafety Commissioner is Australia’s independent online safety regulator. Australian end-users can contact eSafety about online safety issues, including illegal or restricted online content, image-based abuse and other online harms within eSafety’s functions. You can learn more about eSafety’s role. You can report or complain directly to eSafety. You do not need to report to ourdream.ai first, and a report to eSafety will be handled independently of any action we take on your ourdream.ai account or content. You can also access counselling and support services through eSafety’s support resources.
